PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE RAIDS AI SERVICES

What's in these terms?

This acceptable use policy sets out the standards that apply when you upload content to the RAIDS AI systems, websites, services, products, and applications (Services), including the RAIDS AI system, a monitoring technology designed to detect rogue or unusual behaviour in AI systems.

The Service is operated by RAIDS AI Ltd ("We"). We are a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Cyprus with registration number HE 466437 and have our registered office at Nikis 26, TRANSAFRICA, Floor 3, Flat/Office 301, 1086 Nicosia, Cyprus.

Acceptance of terms

By using the Service or by clicking any button or box marked “accept” or “agree” in connection with this policy, you confirm that you accept the terms of this policy and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

We may make changes to the terms of this policy.

We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to the Service, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service:

  • In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
  • In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
  • To interfere with, disable, or circumvent the AI monitoring mechanisms of the Service.
  • To submit or upload falsified, misleading, or manipulated content to deceive the AI monitoring system.
  • For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.
  • To bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person.
  • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards as provided in this policy.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
  • To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
  • In any way that involves child sexual exploitation or abuse.
  • To upload terrorist content.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising material that is in violation of any applicable laws, rules, regulations, and codes.
  • To test or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities of the Service or any AI system under monitoring.
  • To provide AI-generated content that is illegal, deceptive, or designed to cause harm, or in violation of any applicable terms and conditions or privacy restrictions and terms.
  • To attempt unauthorized access to any AI system, network, or infrastructure monitored by the Service.
  • To upload or distribute AI-generated content that facilitates criminal activities, including fraud, identity theft, and cybercrime.
  • To submit AI-generated content that promotes misinformation, manipulation, or propaganda.
  • To intentionally upload or generate AI content designed to bypass security filters and detection mechanisms.
  • To upload, provide, or process any data or content for which you lack lawful rights, authorisations, or consents.
  • To falsify or manipulate monitored data, metrics, or events to misrepresent the actual behaviour of an AI system under analysis.
  • To overload, flood, or interfere with the Service by excessive or automated API calls, data submissions, or queries beyond reasonable operational use.
  • To decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying architecture of the Service.
  • To use or rely on monitoring results to make or automate decisions that unlawfully discriminate or contravene applicable AI-governance, data-protection, or privacy laws.
  • To intentionally target, disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the lawful operation, performance, or reputation of any third-party AI system, model, or service under monitoring.
  • To access or use the Service in violation of export-control, re-export, or sanctions laws, including those of the EU, UK, or US, or to make it available to any sanctioned person or jurisdiction.

You also agree:

  • Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of the Service in contravention of the provisions of our Terms of Service.
  • Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
  • any part of the Service;
  • any equipment or network on which the Service is stored;
  • any software used in the provision of the Service; or
  • any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

Content standards

These content standards apply to any and all information, feedback, input, or material which you contribute to the Service (Contribution). The Contribution may include AI-generated content.

The Content Standards must be complied with in spirit as well as to the letter. The standards apply to each part of any Contribution as well as to its whole.

We will determine, in our discretion, whether a Contribution breaches the Content Standards.

A Contribution must:

  • Be accurate and not misleading.
  • Be honestly held (for an opinion, e.g., for feedback)
  • Comply with the law applicable in the Republic of Cyprus, in any country from which it is posted, and in any country where we may view it.
  • Be lawful and not infringe upon any rights of third parties.
  • Not contain illegal, unethical, or harmful AI-generated content.

A Contribution must not:

  • Be defamatory of any person.
  • Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
  • Bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate.
  • Promote sexually explicit material.
  • Include child sexual abuse material.
  • Promote violence, harm, hate, discrimination based on race, sex, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Infringe any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person.
  • Infringe any intellectual property rights of any other person.
  • Be likely to deceive any person.
  • Contain manipulated content intended to mislead.
  • Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
  • Promote any illegal content or activity.
  • Be in contempt of court.
  • Undermine the integrity of elections, legal proceedings, or democratic processes.
  • Be threatening, abuse, or invade another's privacy.
  • Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
  • Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
  • Violate data protection laws or privacy rights.
  • Not have been generated in contravention of applicable terms and conditions of any AI system, platform, or service used to create such content.
  • Violate any confidentiality undertakings.

Misuse of Results

You must not use or rely on RAIDS AI monitoring results, reports, alerts, or metrics to:

  • make automated or consequential decisions about individuals without lawful basis or human oversight;
  • engage in discriminatory, harmful, or unlawful treatment;
  • use monitoring results, reports, or analyses to unfairly disparage, penalise, or otherwise harm third-party AI developers, models, or systems; or
  • misrepresent the analytical findings or performance results of the monitored AI system.

How to complain about or report content

Please contact us immediately at support@raidsai.ai:

  1. If you become aware of any material that could comprise or be connected to child sexual abuse or exploitation or that could comprise terrorist content or be connected to terrorism;
  2. If you become aware of any material that could compromise or contravene any of the terms of this policy; and/or
  3. If you wish to complain about any other content.

Breach of this policy

When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service upon which you are permitted to use the Service, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Service.
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to the Service.
  • Issue of a warning to you.
  • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
  • Further legal action against you.
  • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

We reserve the right to interpret this Policy and to take any action, including suspension or termination, at our sole discretion if we determine that your conduct violates the spirit or intent of this Policy, even if not expressly listed here.

How this contract can be transferred

We can transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party, provided this does not adversely affect your rights under these terms.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?

The terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
